About Me

I am a third year education student in the pre-K to grade 5 program at the University of Regina.  I completed a kinesiology degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and worked in a variety of jobs for 8 years before deciding to come back to school in September 2011.  I had always thought I would be a teacher but when I was in university the first time I just got sick of school and was ready to get out and start working.  I thought I might go back at some time, but it wasn't until I worked for a year as a Dream Broker at Kitchener Community School that I really knew it was time to get that education degree so that I could work with students full time in the classroom.
